Internal International Shipping Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all international shipments.
1. Shipping Cost Structure
- International shipping is a fixed rate of 105 for all orders weighing up to 4 kg.
- If your order's weight exceeds 4 kg, our team will calculate the exact shipping cost and notify you for confirmation after the order has been placed.
2. Customs and Local Fees (Customer Responsibility)
- The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all additional charges, including but not limited to customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other government-imposed charges levied by the destination country.
- These fees are not included in the shipping rate (100 SAR) or the total product cost paid at checkout.
3. Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Please note that for all international shipments, we currently operate a final sale policy.
- There are strictly no returns or exchanges permitted for items shipped internationally. Customers are advised to ensure all details are correct before confirming their order.
